Hello – we’re looking for a new PR Manager to join our growing comms and content business, based just behind lovely Poole Quay in Dorset.
Coda is a small agency, but we have big ambitions and want people who have the same. We manage a growing base of accounts, from national FMCG to corporate B2B, with a wide remit that spans public relations, corporate communications, digital PR, social media and content creation.
You’ll be confident and happy working in all areas of PR, from global B2B communications to some very nice FMCG accounts. You’ll have a full toolkit of PR skills, with the responsibility to lead and grow activity both within the agency and in conjunction with our partners.
Either a Senior Account Exec or Account Manager, you're someone who doesn't want to work through the traditional agency ladder but would like the opportunity to take control of their career. A smart, sharp thinker who wants to succeed, you’ll share in the excitement of pushing the business forward, but will reap the rewards of success and growth as we do. You’ll be comfortable dealing with people from a range of cultures, and be prepared to travel internationally when required in support of our clients.
You’ll be educated to degree level or equivalent, have at least 2-3 years experience in a PR or marketing agency environment and be used to working with national and global brands. Excellent writing skills, tradeshow experience, a good understanding of the changing media landscape and a can-do attitude is a must. Previous experience in the Marine sector would be a distinct advantage, but not essential.
Ability to share tea-making duties would be handy but not obligatory.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
